Custom made window coverings ordered with Modern Window Solutions are payable in full before manufacturing. You are responsible for the measurements, colour selection and additional options selected such as motorized options and headrail covers. Modern Window Solutions will not refund or provide credit for any change in your order that is notified after it has been sent to manufacturing. To help you make your selection and avoid any after purchase dissatisfaction we are available by phone or email to answer any and all questions.
*All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and only Canadian currency is accepted.
As soon as you receive your order, verify the contents to ensure that of all the products you ordered have been received and inspect the merchandise to verify if there has been any damage caused during delivery. No return of damaged merchandise due to transport will be accepted unless reported to Modern Window Solutions and to the courier service within 5 days’ receipt of your order. Only damage reported by you and confirmed by Modern Window Solutions prior to the return will be accepted. The return of merchandise will not be accepted without a written request from the customer and authorization from Modern Window Solutions. You are responsible for carefully protecting and packaging any returned merchandise.
